FOR ASPIRING EDUCATORS

Busy Bees Malaysia is dedicated to and passionate about preserving the early childhood profession. We are thus looking for potential candidates as part of our apprenticeship programme, an exclusive salaried work-study initiative designed to enable aspiring early childhood educators to concurrently attain a professional certificate or diploma as well as gain valuable on-the-job training.

This programme is eligible for school leavers and mid-career switchers that have a passion for working with young children or aspiring educators to become early childhood professionals.

This apprenticeship programme aims to provide trainees with

an astute ability to integrate theoretical knowledge

a holistic understanding of child development practices

hands-on experience of working with young children

Upon graduation, our Trainee Teachers will have a head start in early childhood as they will be coached and guided by our full-fledged Mentor Teachers and Mentor Specialists during their internship phase, to groom them to become effective early childhood educators in any preschool environment.
